  • Green Service (Baiting System)
    Baiting system is installed around the perimeter of the structure, providing a food source, which aids in elimination of the colonies through “food sharing” (trophallaxis)
  • Liquid Treatment
    A liquid barrier is applied around the perimeter of the structure, providing a barrier that eliminate the any active termites and prevents any new infestation
  • Termite Letter
    Bonded letter that states the structure is free of termites

Bed Bug Control

Our technician performs thorough inspection of your home for bed bugs. They will remove all visible bed bugs and treat known areas where they are nesting, by eliminating the life cycle. These crawling pests are light brown, approximately 1/4" long, with a flattened oval shape. After feeding they become rounder and darker. Bed bugs feed exclusively on blood and can be seen with the naked eye.

Most Common Household Pests

Subterranean termites (Reticulitermes flavipes): Wood destroying insects that lives underground in colonies, feeding on cellulose materials. Termite shelter tubes (mud tunnels) or shed wings are signs of termite activity.

Rat (Rattus): A long tailed rodent with a mass of 3.9 to 12 ounces as an adult. These rodents have poor eyesight, but a stronger sense of smell, which is used to find food. Rats are omnivores, so they will be found eating both plant and animal originated food.

American Cockroach (Periplaneta americana): Has a flattened large oval shaped body, commonly misidentified as the palmetto bug or water bug. With an uninterrupted lifecycle can live for 2 years, in an ideal environment.

Spider (Parasteatoda tepidariorum): Are arthropods with eight legs, that feeds on other insects. Some spiders, such as the Cellar Spiders, are classified as a nuisance pest, due to actual spider does not pose a threat to humans or other animals. Whereas other spiders, such as Brown Recluse spider, are classified as deadly pest, due to the spider bite will cause major problems for humans and other animals, without medical attention.

Bed Bug (Climicidae): Are small oval shaped parasitic insects that only feeds on blood, humans and animals. Bed bugs can be found throughout living areas (house, apartments, or hotels), but most activity is commonly found in bedding, such as mattress, box spring, and box frames.

Flea (Siphonaptera): Flattened body parasites insects of mammals and birds. The flattened body allows the flea to move through fur or feathers of the host to consume their blood. Adult fleas need a host to for a blood meal so that it can reproduce, a female flea can lay over 5000 eggs in their lifetime.
